I was so sorry when this book ended. This book had me laughing and crying at the same time, I absolutely adored it. I do hope there will be other stories about the Comfort Food Cafe, I would hate to think there is only two books.

Enjoyable read!

This books up where 'Summer at the Comfort Food Cafe" left off. It was an enjoyable read, however, I did feel that the author repeated a lot of the same content that was in the first book. I understand that she wanted to make it so a reader could start with either book & know what was going on, but it was almost too repetitive. Regardless, I enjoyed catching up with the characters & getting to know Becca. Ms. Johnson does a good job of describing the scenery & characters. You feel like you are right there with the folks in the cafe, looking out at the beach and eating one of Laura's yummy creations. Hopefully, there will be another story coming!

Great Book, Bad Diversion

This book was really fun to read. The author did a good job with the dynamic of the two main characters of this book. However the only downfall is that it is a prequel for Keo before he meets up with the group from the rest of the series. I liked getting background on the character but it was just a distraction. You are supposed to read this before book 4 of the series, I would just wait until you have the rest of the series before picking this one up.

Combined 3.1 & 3.2 into 1 Keo storyline book

Hmmmm. I would read this series of books 1-3, The Keo Storyline, 4-6 and so on, I think. It was also enjoyable the way I read them, building up the suspense reading 1-6 then discovering this book existed, and filling in the blanks...like an added treasure map find! (Can't wait for 7!!) Thinking of rereading one of the books to better understand things I might have missed and not realized the importance of certain things...but either way you decide, you can't go wrong! It's an awesome series!!! Really glad this character's life challenges & personality was shown to the reader, before and after "the end of the world"! Of all the books in the series so far, this is the only one I thought got a little too "unrealistic", though I still enjoyed it & this book wasn't included in either book series set (I found it by accident) was the reason I gave it a 4/5.

Excellent story

I have not read this book. I read the two that make up this book. It is excellent background on Keo and how he fits into the story.
You will not go wrong if you have not read the two separate books.

Lurea C. McFadden�is the author of six novels. She was born in Harlem, New York. She is now a native of Trenton, NJ, where she works for the State of New Jersey. She attended Jacksonville University where she received a Bachelors of Arts Degree in History. She has spent many years working in the public schools system as a Social Studies Teacher. She is an avid fan of the NFL. She recently completed her latest novel, BAD LUCK, which debuted late August 2013. She is now looking to take her work to the Big Screen.

FANTASTIC................

This book was FANTASTIC. As soon as I finished reading pt.2, I started reading pt.3. I stayed up all night and finished. A real PAGE-TURNER. I couldn't put my Kindle down. I wanted to like Grace, but I couldn't. She continued doing the ultimate no no, CHEATING, which in the end held consequences. books 1, 2, & 3 were AMAZINGLY written. I am going to purchase her other book, Men Don't Leave, and any future books by this author. I am a true fan.

Had me completely entralled

I have only reviewed one other book I've purchased from Amazon. Lurea McFadden was an author I was unfamiliar with but I just happened to be scrolling through titles and thought that "Female Traits" might be a book that would help me drown out all the foolishness on the train rides! I am so glad I did. All three books had me on the edge of my seat and the ending in part three will leave you breathless! I have been all on facebook recommending this trilogy to my friends. THIS WAS A REALLY GOOD READ....I COULD NOT PUT IT DOWN IF I WANTED TO!!!! I will most def check out the author's other works as well. I'm a fan now!!!! :)

Female Traits "The Trilogy"

My favorite author is Eric Jerome Dickey and since I have read all that he has written, I decided to go out on a limb and check out some other reads of the same genre. I was not disappointed by Ms. McFadden. I read all three of these in a week! Excellent read! Characters well developed and great storyline. Each one was a page turner! A little disappointed that there are only 3. There is certainly enough suspense left after the third one for a sequel. Exactly what happens to Edwin? Lurea, you can't leave a Brother hanging like this! Please say more is to come!

This is an introductory book. If you are familiar with XP at all, you won't learn much from the book. As with the other Shelly/Cashman books, it is well written and clear for the beginner.

The piercing of the corporate veil is a remedy applied, in exceptional circumstances, to prevent and punish an inappropriate use of the corporate personality. The application of this remedy and the issues it involves has been widely researched in Anglo-American jurisdictions and, until recently, little attention has been given to this subject in Latin America. This region has been through internal political conflicts that undermined economic development. However, rise of democratic governments has created the political stability necessary for investment and economic development meaning that the corporate personality is now more commonly used in Latin America. Consequently, corporate personality issues have become a subject of study in this region.

Drawing on case studies from Mexico, Colombia, Brazil and Argentina, Piercing the Corporate Veil in Latin American Jurisprudence examines the ingenuity of Latin American jurisdictions to deal with corporate personality issues and compares this method with the Anglo-American framework. Focusing in particular on the influence of two key factors- legal tradition and the uniqueness of each legal system- the author highlights both similarities and differences in the way in which the piercing of the corporate veil is applied in Latin American and Anglo-American jurisdictions.
